Pursue competitive roles in commodity marketing, futures and options, food marketing, farm management, banking, industry analysis, crop consulting, sales, and supply chain management, or choose to attend graduate school in applied economics, agribusiness, or business.
Students who entered the University of Illinois during Fall 2026 or prior were admitted to our old major structure, which included one major and nine concentrations. You can learn more about those concentrations here. Students majoring in any concentration in ACE are permitted to apply to transfer into the new curriculum. The major which is mostly closely aligned with Agribusiness Markets and Management; Farm Management; Finance in Agribusiness; and Policy, International Trade, and Development is Food & Agribusiness Management, BS.
